WEATHER
The photoshoot will continue as scheduled as long as it is not heavy and consistent rain, we can shoot the interior as the seller has probably put a lot of hard work into getting it ready for the scheduled shoot. I will then return for exterior photos at the earliest day possible where the weather cooperates.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and reschedules are free of charge as long as the photographer receives notice before 24 hours of the shoot date.
For cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot date, the Client will be charged a $70 fee, the Photographer can propose a new date depending on availability.

DELIVERY
Images and 3D tours are delivered 24 – 48 business hours after the shooting via email with links to both hi-resolution images and low-resolution images (web andMSL-ready).

RIGHTS
All the images are owned and copyrighted by the photographer and licensed granted only to the agent and the agent’s parent company and not to any third parties. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to other agents, brokers, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers,
Is strictly prohibited unless additional licenses are acquired from the photographer. Before payment in full, no licensure is granted.
Unlimited rights of all images produced for the agent and its broker all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the agent’s selfpromotion. The photos may also be used by the agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property.

PAYMENT
An online invoice will be sent upon image delivery. Full Payment is due within 48 hours of delivery of images. We accept cash, Credit cards, and bank transfers using Zelle.
